Don't need more armed jets, so North Yankton; though what would you do there? It's too small.

Edit: North Yankton if we can make small races and DMs there!

Being that thunderstorms are way rare to begin with, I'll have to go with store/mod emergency vehicles. I miss my various police vehicles.

 

And to dive into the world of COMPLETE fantasy: Vice City or Liberty City paid DLC? (Travel from the airport for a modest fee, then a cutscene and more freakin' cloud-loading)

New clothing. They can still base the new clothing off SP clothing (the peacoat we got with the IGG update is just a slight change to the SP one)

 

More international style vehicles (including the drivers side being on the opposite) or action hijacking (jumping from a vehicle to hijack another vehicle)
