Ability to call Lamar to send a gang to do a drive by shooting on someone (similar to Merryweather,but this would be Families gangsters in a car armed with Pistols and Micro SMGs)

or

Ability to pay a few members of any gang to follow you around armed with Micro SMGs and Sawed off shotguns and protect you from other NPCs or players (like how CJ could recruit GSF members as bodyguards or how Niko could call Dwaine to send him backup)

Limit the HL's targeting to Armed vehicles and Armed vehicles only, excluding the Annihilator (thing is already hopeless) and maybe the Insurgent (pointless since the thing can eat 5 rockets) and Armored Kuruma.

Make it so that Tear Gas caused by the player wouldn't hurt him/her (like in SA) or make the Tear Gas Mask is actually useful?

EDIT:squeakers.Though I don't care about their squeaking, I have no headset and/or mic,everything I say/listen to is via the built in text chat[PC].I even completed the Criminal Mastermind one week ago with some guys using just the text chat but that's another story.

No. Perhaps for pc, but texting already is really annoying on console, plus it'd look so cartoony.
