Forgot to post this here but I was playing the PS heist the other day with 3 randomers. Completed it and realized I got no money from it, two other guys had the same problem and they said the one guy went to the ATM during the heist and done a glitch that took all our money! WTF is this sh*t? Do not give instructions on how to do it, I don't care for that, just venting.

The sole idea of a robber using an ATM machine during the heist in the bank is hilarious to me xD

 

As far as I know, not even modders can take your money. He probably distracted you and the other two sending a message and then setting your payouts to 0% after you accepted more money. Then he started. One guy tried to do that with me today, luckily I'm mexican so I know how to rob like a pro.

host maximum is 70%, between 2 friends they can take all the money with a 70/30/0/0 or 50/50/0/0 cut.

 

the other day i joined PacStan heist with randoms, i didnt do any of the setups so i ready up at 15%, when to the kitchen to get some water, cameback in the outfit screen, when the heist launched i notice the screen that said "Potential Cut $0"

 

so i just AFK, since they cant continue without me, the guy send a message telling me to move, i reply "you pay $0, i move 0"

 

i play for fun but dont try to rip me off!

Good for you and same here but the point is that unless the OP's story is a fictive one no host coud ever rip off everyone and set 3 players at 0

This is your second rant in 5 minutes. What's the occasion?

The occasion was that I only come here once every now and then so I pocket sh*t in my memory to post here, there's loads more but I forget.

 

As for this, it was a hot mess and they were all shouting so I don't know exactly what happened but I did press ready at 15%, I saved the video clip right after I realized I got no money and nobody changed it to 0. The host wasn't even the guilty guy either. I submitted it to R* but I've heard nothing back and the guy must have done something dodgy because when I told him I'd saved the clip n I'm reporting him he was asking me not to saying "please don't I literally don't play any other games and I didn't even think it would work".

Like I've just said it wasn't the host who did it and I made sure they didn't change it to 0 before launching. That was my initial thought. One of the guys who also got no money was the one who said "why did you do the ATM glitch???". I was crowd control with the guy who done it but I was controlling the tellers and didn't once check to see where he was or what he was doing to know if he went to the ATMs or not.

You missed the point entirely. It wasn't about trolling. It was about farming millions in a matter of minutes. If it does indeed work the way I suggested, the 1-2 bag carriers can deposit repeatedly and then fail one more time before finishing in order to still get the normal payout.

On more than one occasion, I have joked about depositing the take at the ATMs before exiting the bank...

I've used the ATMs in the bank lobby before (several times actually) Never have I had the option to bank more than my cash on hand. I'm pretty sure the heist cash isn't considered cash on hand.

Just tried it, didn't work for me

Also I'm going on PC so it COULD be console specific.
