After finishing the game the first time, or when you get one hundred packages. After completing both tasks, there will be an Apache (Hunter) on the helipad at the small house near Ocean Beach. It's possible to get in and out without the cop uniform, just ram a car through or bail from a copter over the Apache (Hunter). Yeah, this crap needs to stop. I think there should be a thread pinned in EVERY forum about using the search feature before asking something.. Someone get a mod to do that! By that, I meant the first time you get the Apache it's at the Army Base. You can either get one hundred packages first, or finish the game first. That first time of completing either task makes it show up at the Army Base. When you complete both tasks, it shows up on the helipad in Ocean Beach. I hope that is understandable.
