I think there is very good reason for that velum discount. It is hard to imagine someone to build that plane. That plane must be the worst plane to fly since it take long distance until it is in air. And its original price is about a million, which is ridiculous for such. I also wonder why they added that 5-seat Velum. The original Velum would have been acceptable for PB because there are 4 seat is enough for entire heist.

And for people who don't own Casco yet I really recommend to buy it now when you get it for huge discount. Totally worth money because this sport classics drives so smooth. Also the Armored Kuruma is also discounted.

 

And I'm going to expect that othe Heist vehicles are going to be discounted soon too. I recommend players now the save money before buying the Technical or Valkyrie for full price.

Casco really isn't that great. I'd spend my money on a Sterling GT instead...Technical isn't that great for its price either. I'd rather buy the armed armour Insurgent since they are both Pegasus vehicles...even without the 50% discount Edited July 18, 2015 by Non Fiction

The karin technical is probably the worst of the heist vehicles for its value at 950 odd thousand the original costs less than 50k i believe. So thats 900k for a big gun on the back, totally not worth it.

I took advantage of the armored Kuruma being discounted and bought it, I sold my normal Kuruma for it, and am satisfied with the trade. Between doing missions and heist set-ups/finales, it really makes things so much easier and quicker.

Glitchy as hell. One time it wouldnt let me in the buzzard at the end. Another time, we got the schedule from the station, got in the cop car and it wouldnt let either of us drive it

Well the gun makes it so special. It would be great if R* make it as PV as well, it could fit the garage easily and I would like to modify its colours too

Just had the Casco steering lock up completely and drive right into a train. That was the final straw for me.

Sold for $765.5k, repurchased for $602.5k, re-purchased bulletproof tires for the Casco for $25k for a total profit of $138k.

Remember that it has bulletproof tires now. Before that it was almost useless.

Twice in a row i tried telling these randumbs to wait, go up hill to get out of guard in trucks vision as it was exiting, twice they ran in without listening to me, twice we failed, wasnt trying a 3rd time with these dumb asses, i left.

Humane Labs Raid includes a stealth mission that many people can't get past, no matter how many attempts they make. And because people can't follow simple instructions, some teams fail when leaving the area because they shoot at the reinforcements. Then there's also the EMP theft and that includes flying. And taking off with a Hydra. And NOT flying into eachother and blowing everyone up.

Yes, the problem is that the stealth mission needs strong leadership, and if noone takes that role it is bound to fail. I can get anyone past that mission IF they follow my command - but that last bit can be trickery sometimes .
