The Criminal Mastermind challenge rewards each individual team member with $10 million, in-game. Each team member will also get an additional $2 million if the individual has not already completed the 'All in order' and 'Loyalty' challenges, resulting in $12 million total bonus on top of money earned from heists and setups.

 

Criminal Mastermind Requirements:

 

- Complete all heists and setups in order

Fleeca Job > Prison Break > Humane Labs > Series A Funding > Pacific Standard

For the Fleeca Job, the team will have to split into two groups (A work with B, and C with D) and then rejoin for the Prison Break

- Complete all heists and setups with the same heist team members

From start to finish

- All heists and setups must be complete on hard difficulty

Even the setup where you just have to drive Lester to the Fleeca bank

- There must be no deaths OR quick restarts from start to finish

There are allowed to be mission failures in terms of being detected or target being destroyed as long as you don't quick restart

Current Situation:

-We currently have 3 team members, and are now on the search for a 4th due to one of our friends becoming too popular to have have enough time to do the Criminal Mastermind challenge.

-All 3 of us are over level 120 (therefore having miniguns).

-We currently have 1 unarmed Insurgent in our team.

-We all have experience of all heists and setups on hard difficulty.

-All final heist money is split 40/20/20/20, due to this being the most fair because of setup cost of the leader and money earned during setups of team members

 

What we're looking for:

We would love to stumble across someone who is not only good at the game but is also good fun to play the game with, and that involves ticking these boxes:

 

- Must speak English

- Not an annoying kid (14 at the extreme least)

- Preferably over level 100, but we would consider level 90 and above

- Has good experience with all heists and setups on normal difficulty at the least

- Has a headset

- Preferably in the same time zone (UK GMT +0) but we can probably work around +/-3 hour difference

- Useful vehicle(s) for Heists e.g. Armored Kuruma, Insurgent or a maxed out super/hyper car

- Decent driver and pilot

- Good patience for if something does go wrong

- Finally, the most important one of all, a good sense of humour and good to talk to! Because if you don't enjoy playing the game then what's the point of playing?

It would be a struggle seeing as you're 67. No doubt 67 is a solid level but i'd just be concerned seeing you won't have things such as the combat MG, full health, full armor on cars etc. Your timezone is also 5 hours behind the UK's, which the rest of the team is from so i don't know how easy it would be to organise reasonable times for all of us to be on. Thanks for the reply, you pretty much tick all the boxes and seem like a very strong candidate. my only problem is that, although you say you work around the timezone difference, there is still a 7 hour gap. When the rest of the group would be just about to settle down for the night at around 10pm, you'd still be raring to go at 3pm. You're certainly one of the best so far, and i'll add you on xbox (my GT is ZappierRaptor) just to see if you're really able to work around being 7 hours behind us. All the best, Tyrozaptor.

My regular heist crew doesnt take them seriously enough and would rather fool around, and were never all on enough to complete them. I have (as stated above) the kuruma and i also have the heavy outfit, bulletproof helmet, ap pistol with extended clip(for use inside kuruma/insurgent) and able to hold 9 armors

 

I will also be available whenever between the times of 10am est and 2am est from the following days: 7/20-7/27, 8/3-8/10, and 8/17-8/24(mondays) wont be on until 5:30pm)but im sure well be able to get it done in the first week.
