Looking for heist members for all heists (360)

Need members to do all the heists. Just to let you know, I don't have a mic but you can feel free to use yours. If I have more than 3 people, I'll only play with the people who are online at that time and only with them. For example, I have 4 people. 3 of the people are online, so I play with them. After that, I'll only play with them. That way we get the bonus for playing with the same group. I'm level 44, however, I had a lvl 100+ but lost them. All my skills are maxed except flight. I can be getaway/driver or shooter. This is how I'm giving the cuts: Fleeca (I'll do this heist with the first person on) 55/45. Rest: 40/20/20/20 This is because the members get money on the setups while the leader doesn't, and they have to pay up front. Heists will be on normal mode.
