He's not a god. Why do people act like he is?

Nobody says he is. He has however tested every car in the game, he is a very good racer, he is the leader of the biggest race crew, and takes at least a somewhat scientific approach to his tests.

 

That and generally most racers agree with what he says, not because they are followers, but because they were already using the cars he recommends.

 

At the very least, his list is a good baseline so the total noob doesn't go using a Picador in Muscle races.

I'm not sure why you're slating the Picador, though, it's actually a really decent car when it's upgraded, it's no racer but still...

There are many new cars recently, what cars are the best for racing?

 

My issue seems to be that the cars with the best acceleration and handling rarely have a top speed to keep up on long straightaway races.

I see a lot of jealousy over broughy.

Broughy is the go to guy for everything cars imo because he talks sense and has facts, which he finds himself and not half ass rumors like most youtubers.

There are many new cars recently, what cars are the best for racing?

 

My issue seems to be that the cars with the best acceleration and handling rarely have a top speed to keep up on long straightaway races.

Long haul 2 was a fairly popular verified race a while back which was fairly straight.

 

 

Tbh I dont think you will find a single "racer" that enjoys any of the long haul races.

I don't think you'll find many "players" who enjoy them either unless R* finally decides to man up and make cars go as fast as advertised.

 

Highway racing at 120mph hardly requires any skill, but do it again at 240mph w/ traffic and it will suddenly be one of the hardest races in the game.

I wish we could do them without top speed lock and maybe some big rigs...
