All in Order challenge nets you 1 million, Loyalty (with same peeps) challenge also nets you a million. If you decide to do them and you set all heists and setups on hard, and not die, it gives you an additional 10 million each for completing the criminal mastermind.

This is the answer you're looking for OP. Just to add, as well as the money you get for completing all 5 heists as leader you also get a one time bonus for each time you complete a heist for the first time.

 

So the first time you complete Fleeca you get 100k, first time you complete Prison Break 100k and it's the exact same fee for the other heists.
