If I was to get a hack that puts all Returning Player content into the game, got an Imponte Dukes and nixed the mod would I still have the car?

No. It's already there in the game, I'm just wondering if I can unlock the doors, walk in, and lock myself inside

You can't store returning players content by stealing one. The returning players content can only be bought from websites if you want to have one in your garage. Like a too expensive car, you can't store it as it's considered too hot even though the price doesn't confirm that.

I think what OP is asking is if he got a mod and activated the returning player content in game, bought the DLC car and then deleted the mod would he still have it?

 

TBH I don't know the answer, you might get lucky and keep it but equally the game might remove the car from your garage, I suspect after you delete the mod it will

show as DLC content missing and not show the car in garage but you might still get it from the Mechanic however that is dangerous because I've read you loose that

car after the mechanic delivers it.

 

In short don't think your idea would work.
