PS Heist Glitch?

Anyways, I'm playing Pacific Standard finale right now and I've been in third person the whole time until I got in a NOOSE Van, and I went into first person and now I can't get out? What's up with that?

I've had some odd glitches during the PS finale. I was on crowd control and was unable to use a weapon until the cut scene before we exited the bank.

I'm on XB1 idk what buttons those are we got to the boat and I was able to exit out of first person but damn. That was annoying.
