Bobby Smith Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) wow this game is pretty f'ng retarded at some points. a lot of these mishaps and things that ruin the game could have easily been fixed, and you just wonder if R* was high and didn't care. #1 we all know all the properties are stupid. ONLY SIMPLY because they didn't do the math right and none of them return at a good value. I'll never understand this. Don't know why they didn't make even just 3 of them interior friendly. Again, stupid. #2- WHY DOES ONE LOS SANTOS HAVE TRANSMISSION AND OTHER OTHERS AND OTHERS DON'T. WHY DOES FRANKLIN SPEND 390K FOR ONE, AND ONLY GET FREE UPGRADES AT THAT LOCATION -- HE OWNS THE FRANCHISE. :| THE ONE building that's free and the ONLY one that has all the upgrades, THE INSIDE IS TOO F'N SHAFT NARROW that you can't spin the camera all the way around, leaving you to not be able to check out your car's appearance as your customizing it. :| :| -- I'm experimenting with switching cars between characters (so franklin can upgrade it for free). You can go on a date with franklin. Ask him to hang. After your date's over.. while your characters are near each other, SWITCH asap, but I'm having issues with characters and cars disappearing (either your date heads 'inside' before you can switch) or your other date disappears with the car before you can switch. ^ Anyone have consistent success with this? I'm about to just pay for upgrades with characters. it's not like I'm short on money. I swear R* just did some weird ish when it comes to the execution and polish of this game. I don't know, Los Santos? And why does Hao text you after you buy it, when his LSC isn't the one you own? If you try to raise these issues everytime to discuss, then people get upset and you get flamed for being negative instead of understanding the the games serious flaws which ends with the disappointment for the player. Maybe the fangirls can easily deal with it but sometimes its not possible to keep ignoring them. Some say its a design decision esp. the low weekly payouts from property. DOES ROCKSTAR UNDERSTAND THE MIND OF A GAMER. that's piss. -- the ONE Los Customs garage that gets you free parts, IS THE LEAST FUNCTIONAL one. You can't spin camera completely around, admiring what yur f*cking about to buy, because the garage is too narrow. S1N0D3UTSCHT3K Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 switching cars after a Hangout should be pretty liable... i don't remember the last time a car despawn on me... not in dozens of times, at least just after Hangout, get in the car, and switch back and forth between both characters a couple times to move them closer to one another (some Hangout goodbye locations put the 'other person' a little farther way, e.g. the one near Mission Row, whereas the one as the SS meth lab they're basically side by side after then with the character with the car, get out of the car and try run away a bit switch to other character who should be about the same distance and run to the car which is faster cuz the other person will walk get in success should be easy as long as you move the 2 character close to one another, and once out of the car, it should be close enough and in view that it won't despawn Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Soup it up. Ask to hang out with Trevor. SWITCH. finish date with trevor as driver? --- do you know who keeps what car on dates? Is it the person who initiated the date? Is it the person who ends up driving on the date? Is there some constiency to it? -- you can also never actually start the date. Switch so they drive the car to you. Before they get close enough (for the date to commence), switch to them and hop out the car and run away like you said. Polish things too. easily fixable. question. are spawned cars the same as their 'internet' purchase option? I saw an adder for 1 million. Well, I just sone one on the street... they're the same? 250mph max? Gorsh I wish there was a way to look at these stats. Also, if you buy a car and your garage is full -- does it still charge you the money (I tried running this once myself. Looks like 'no' but I want to confirm with someone else who tested this). S1N0D3UTSCHT3K Posted July 17, 2015 Share Posted July 17, 2015 -ummm, the driver who drove the car to the hangout keeps the car. so, if F picks up M in a car when F called M.... or if F picks up M in a car when M called F (basically, sometimes you can get the person you call to pick you up), they spawn with it after the hangout -yeah all cars are the same, so a bought car is the same as a stolen car... sometimes you can still modded cars but they're the same as bought modded cars. there are some unique stolen cars, there's a big threat on the gameplay forum... stuff like a unique gwagen (Dubsta), unique license plates from mission vehicles, etc. but in general, a random stolen car is the same as a bought one. no effect on stats, cops, etc. -if you try buy a car and garage is full, it'll just fail... it'll say your garage is full. Ya I just plunked with it further -- it does not make you lose your money. YOU CAN ALSO BUY CHEAP cars to re-arrange your garage lol. I stole an Adder. $1 million saved. === So the person who 'initiates' the date will end up with the car? I know you can initiate the date (with M or T), switch to F instead of driving to him -- (M or T will then come pick you up, but they will say 'here you drive') -- this lets you drive to Los Santos customs as F and continue the date. @ the end who ends up with the car? M or T iniated the hang out. They drove to it but I switched to F before they got there, and drove the car during the date as F. Did we just find a cool ass way to get the upgrades we want?
