Insurance should be proportional to the amount of money players own.

The more you have, the more you pay.

That would be great.

 

And anything can happen in public freeroam. Deal with it or make private ones with friends and/or your crew.

Dont you think its bad enough that we have to pay insurance for blowing up assholes cars because hes reverse killing or what ever they should only make a payable insurance on your car from when you destroy it and not charge players plus its even worst whens theres a cooldown time in interaction.

Maybe a two tier insurance system would be a better idea.

Pay a small premium a week to cover all cars,say $200.

So if you accidentally destroy your vehicle,it's free to get a new one.

 

If your vehicle is destroyed by someone else in free roam then they pay a fixed charge of $100k

And Instead of offering ideas for a theoretically better insurance system better than mines.... Until Rockstar decides to do something about players that cheat to get money, about the only way they could discourage people from destroying PV's is by decreasing the number it takes to get into bad sport which isn't exactly the best idea either. Like some other posters have said, I'm not trying to pay a 50% insurance bill just because I wanted to see how much water I can drive my new Brawler through (which is surprisingly a lot after testing by Fort Zancudo LOL).
