The whole insurance thing should be tossed. Destroying someone's PV shouldn't be discouraged.

 

I've taken out entire car shows and paid less than 10 grand, it's simply not a deterrent. The Bad Sport points are more of a deterrent, IMO.

Actually, it should. Because you can't go passive, you can't protect your vehicle, it would be stupid as f*ck to have someone just camping the insurance lot blowing up cars because there's no deterrent at all. It absolutely should be discouraged. You can at least go passive mode and protect yourself.

Edit: upping the insurance on cars with a bullet proof back is bad...but when talking about bringing out more expensive cars that do not have that advantage i woud say: bring it on.

I for one enjoy being a terrible driver with each of my tenured vehicles meeting it's demise in the ls river numerous times. So no, I would not want to pay over a million to collect my T20 after it eventually meets the same fate.

How about no? Why people want to pay MORE for this pointless addition is beyond me. Oh, that's right - more 'gaming the game' tactics.

 

I'm guessing many people here don't pay for car insurance in real life. It's a ball-ache there, and it's becoming a ball-ache here too.

 

So with this in mind, how about when you get your MMI policy from LSC, what you pay is directly linked to the value of the car coupled with the age of your character and your driving history... so supercars will be prohibitively expensive to insure for all the 21 year old characters in LS who keep causing accidents, of which there are many.

 

Maybe, people won't be too keen on the idea then.

The amount of players trolling that thread make up far less than one percent of the GTAO population. What you are suggesting is beyond ridiculous. Even paying 27k is ridiculous if you're trying to defend yourself and they've decided to plant sticky bombs on their car to troll.
