Because Nightclub DLC will probably feature more than just the open club, or has to be according to R*. Themed weapons, clothes, cars, tattoos, maybe some other features and overpriced crap?

Gimme that Nightclub DLC, and prove that GTAO isn't just a generic third-person PvP game pandering to the lowest common denominator.

 

It worked well in TBoGT (a SP game, granted, but seems harmless enough as an addition to GTAO) - it's not as if it hasn't been tried in a similar context. Would also work well as a follow-up to IGG, playing up to power fantasies of people living hedonistic lifestyles beyond their means.

 

It also fits in to R*'s updates of clothing and personal items too - plenty of scope for them to release the usual 'cars and clothes' stuff alongside some interior unlocks :)

 

Finally, to those who give the tired, predictable response of "This isn't The Sims"... if you spent money on just one single item of clothing in ANY update released since launch, or spent time customizing your character... you're a bunch of hypocrites.

 

Your posts are very childish, Just because people like to kill other people in a sandbox game that has no definite point does not make them less mature than you, If anything waning to reenact real life in a game is more immature

OT: I'd love at least one club to open, the more social stuff they can add the better IMO. Drinkin' and dancin' mini games would be fun. Bit of pool/billiards would be nice too.

 

 

But I was being honest, maybe we could have a machine in there so we could play candy crush together, then maybe if all goes well we could get a pet to look after and some new wallpaper for our apartment , and cushions , lots and lots of cushions. Ive got adder bonds for all my cushions so dont worry sweetpea , live the dream.

I agree. All of that would make this game better.

 

I think stuff like this lacking is what makes FR such a warzone. That and psychopathic squeakers, but if there's nothing else to do, you go looking for stuff.

Who are you to say it would satisfy the whole community? I'm part of the community and a nightclub DLC wouldn't satisfy me in the least bit. If I want to go to a club and dance I'd actually go to a club and dance not pretend to do it in GTA.

 

the only club im old enough to go to is deja vu lol but i dont wanna go to any other clubs because im not tryna get shot...

 

but i am also part of the community, and i would like for us to have a nightclub...

Well thank you for your honesty! I agree, cushions is what GTAO needs, maybe it's why CoD is getting less popular; serious lack of cushions in that too : )

Nightclubs are a social point, a non-raunchy alternative to strip joint, where you could have a different flavor of fun, one that doesn't involve killing.

As alternative, you could have exactly that, if you hate clubs and always wanted to do, what you couldn't - shoot the place up.

 

Apart from that, dancing is a way to present yourself, as opposing to strip club, where you go to see the presented.

 

Vanity is a theme of GTA Online. You buy stuff to brag with it, to be appreciated. That is possible on dancefloor, for example if you not only dance but let the money rain.

 

Of course, you can just waltz in and kill that homosexual, because YOU ARE HARD EDGE 720 NOSCOPE AND YOUR COOL LIKE THAT, but hey, that's the way you roll and perhaps someone will appreciate it, like his armed buddies at the bar.

 

Turn it this or that way, it's a meeting point.

I've been saying this for ages, they should do dancing in the apartments, I mean you can invite the whole lobby to you apartment but once you've done that theres nothing to do. Now dancing in the apartments would be fun, and it could be a little mini-game where you can place bets to win money and small amounts of RP. And at least there would be a reason to go to the apartments as I havent been inside mine for months.

Im glad you have seen my point of view , now how would you feel about some potpourri shops and maybe some sort of tanning salon ? We could even have a nice day spa for our simettes to relax

This would be a great idea. They should make it filled with npc's as well. I would love a bunch of activities in it as well. Im not gonna lie, it's going to be halarious having fights after at the bar.

 

The bar should have a last call/ closing time. Ohhh man soo many people will get shot up in the club lmao.


Imagine catching one of your enemies at the club. lmao
