XenoxX
every time i run the game all the characters and npcs end up looking like this http://imgur.com/xF1lImw Have you tried the following troubleshooting steps: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205778987 In specific try: For the standalone, Rockstar Warehouse version: Hit "Start", "Run", and type "cmd" without the quotes. Hit enter. Type "cd c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V" without the quotes in the cmd window that pops up. Hit enter. Note: If you’ve installed the game to a different directory, enter that directory instead. Type "GTAVLauncher.exe -verify" in this window (no quotes again) and hit enter. For the Steam version: Right click the game in the “Library” tab. Click “Properties”. Click the “Local Files” tab. Click “Verify integrity of game cache…”

XenoxX
its still the same I really cannot see the problem. Only thing I would know now would be a fresh reinstall... I did some research on the problem, and all that people have said is that they Updated their Graphic Drivers and that fixed the issue for them.
