Who do you punish? Everyone? So if I come and mod your account, right now and then turn you in for having a modded account, you would be ok with the ban hammer falling on you? You guys need to actually stop and think about what you are saying....I know a lot of guys been hammered for nothing more than joining the wrong session. They could not have been happier. Keep selling your soul to a game though... So then please explain to me how you would mod my account without having access to it? How can you increase my rank, change my K/D, give me unlimited snacks, mod my shooting stats when you are only in the same session with me? It's impossible. You can freeze me and rain money over me, that's it. You can mod my car... Give my avatar an UFO and other bullsh*t... But every "unlock all" account and other modded accounts should be punished. kk9fan97 Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 since most legit people now days don't have more than a few hundred thousand, R* should just do a money wipe. and i expect it to happen after the modders are cleared up. i have 3 mill. and was given 20 mill before. but i grinded a little from 1.5 mill to get to my 3.2 mill. and no matter how stupid it sounds, i wouldn't mind if R* wiped everyone's money. we need a fresh start in this game once it hit it's peak performance. i wouldn't mind having my character deleted either. with the state of the game, every cocky, rich, asshole in this game needs to experience what it's like to be that newb again. that way everything can be balanced. it would suck to lose all of my awesome stuff, but if it was beneficial to the community as a whole, i wouldn't mind. (character resets would be a little far, but we need balance in this game. in the economy, and in the attitude of the players. if everyone worked hard for their money in this game, you wouldn't get blown up by randoms nearly as much. jets wouldn't be as popular either.) there are also so many game modes that are overlooked... like adversary modes, vs missions, almost every game mode really, besides deathmatches... races aren't very popular unless the host puts $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$9047564756734578603845098$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in the description... those jobs made with lies like money glitch $99999999999999999999 should be taken down for good. it shouldn't be allowed in the description... period. there's so many things that need to be done to make this game better. maybe have bots as an option when you want to play your deathmatch, or an adversary mode. i'd be doing more jobs if we could have bots instead of having to wait an hour for a few people to join. it sucks when you want 4 or 5 people in your deathmatch or race, and only have 1 min until the race or deathmatch starts automatically. (after 1 person joins) I don't mind modders who like to have fun and like to do things with players that they can't normally do, but stuff like modded combat rolls are just utter cheap pieces of sh*t. I'm pretty sure R* can add some kind of code that prevents this. they could make us have a data check before going online, to make sure no files were modified. and do them periodically when online to make sure someone didn't bypass the check. for the jobs with the "$1000000000000000", Rockstar could fix that really quick - all they need to do is limit the amount of numbers that can be used in the titles, and drop it down to like three numbers at most, then they could go and either delete all the deathmatches with those names or drop the amount of zeroes used in the titles down making it so no one even bothers when them since the majority of the deathmatches with those names are those cheater ones where only the host knows how to get out and to the weapons. and I thought they have a data check thing in place on the PC version that does not even work right? Blew up his car on two separate occasions with him in it he just flew through the air got up with near full health still, as I continue to unload clip after clip into him with no effect on his health, he turns around and kills me. The other incident he was actually driving with another player, I blew the car up, his buddy died but he got up again and same thing. Saved the video and emailed it to rockstars ban hammer team. After telling him I did so this angry teen hopped on the mic trying to say I just couldnt kill him bc I sucked smh. If anyone wants to see the clip its very clear to see he was using a god mode hack. If they can freeze you, rain money, and spawn items on you, then I'm sure theres a way to edit your rank and stats without directly using your account. I doubt it's impossible. Think of some COD mods. In COD, a modder can set you to any rank they want, so I'm sure it can be done, and probably has been done, in GTA. I know about the prop spawning.. but would it be possible to spawn so many at the same time, that the client (me in this case), wont even see any of the props? "I can't have it so no one else can dur-hur-hur" If they complain about working too long because they can't play GTA they shouldn't be a gamer in the first place. Life doesn't revolve around computer games. The reason you have a job is to put bloody food on the table. Modding the game would just show how selfish you are. Unless you have a car to a friend or enough money to get something you really want. The reason modding hurts players is in PvP. Having infinite money just means you can spam explosives all day when the other player has just had their battle picked for them, does not have the money to combat it. I suppose they could leave but competitive players never quit until they at least get even or one up on kills. Then the opponent can't say that he won. Oh please, you have a quit button right? No one is forcing you to play there way, you can always leave and find another place to play. And besides Im not talking about Mods that hurt other players, Im only talking about individual mods that hurt no one. Hell dbags that sit outside of spawn points and get easy kills are a bigger plague on this game, than any modders! Having infinite money CAN mean that yes, but thats an individual with little balls who uses a video game to hurt people and people like you get hurt, so more people with little balls do it to! However whats the cutoff? Do you work? You put in 8-10 hours a day and wanna come home play some GTA and work some more? I have earned over 35 mill in this game, should I lose it cause you didnt? And lets get into this "competitive play"...You cannot be serious. There is no competitive play in this game. This isnt Quake or some sh**. There is no arena and the physics make any real competition a laugh. Unless you consider Deathmatch a competition.....But that you would add that in tells me everything I need to know about you...... And next time you condescend to someone "Derr der der", maybe think about what your talking about. Its a video game and an almost 2 year old one at that. Maybe get you a life so you will see this don't mean dic*. You want ethics? Join the freakin military. You want fair for all, play checkers. If you bought the money fair enough, but as far as I can remember I established no quarrel with players who buy shark cards. Modders who mod in money are basically givin' those players a huge "F*** YOU". Jealous of what? Bein' a glitchin', moddin' scumbag who needs to use mods and highly unfair glitches just because I can't get on and need to ruin the game for everyone?
