Continually getting lower payout & RP?

I've been meaning to ask this for awhile now.

 

Since I started playing GTA Online with friends, I noticed that every mission we do I would get significantly lower cash and RP upon completing a mission.

I always assumed that this was because I transferred my character over from last gen, and since I was a higher level I got less reward than my friends.

 

Though, after a brief hiatus, one of my friends reached level 81 while I was still hovering in the 70s.

We did a mission with two other friends, in the 50s and 60s, and on the score screen I saw that again I had received the lowest amount of RP and cash, even lower than my higher level friend.

 

The same happens on every mission, even ones that are equal to my level.

Yet each time I see the scores I'm at the top with the most kills, and usually the one who completes the objective.

It's just GTAO being GTAO.

 

Happened to me last time and only like few hundred bucks lower despite of having fair amount of kills and become the delivery man.

Your level has nothing to do with thr amount of cash or rp you get.

 

 

The very first time you ever complete a mission, it is double cash and rp. You may have already done those missions, so you get the regular payouts. Your friends have never done them, so they get the double pay.

 

Other than that, everyone should get the same cash.

AFAIK the crew bonus only applies to RP.

I'm positive the first time bonus went away when they changed the payout system with the Flight School Update.

The only variables in contact missions that now affect payouts are difficulty,number of players,and completion time. There's also a small multiplier in there to account for mission's level requirement.

Aim preference will affect RP with free aim granting a 25% bonus.

Oh yeah I didn't think about that. Well then idk why he is getting a different payout lol.
