Bad lag or just me?

Seems since the recent update I'm not only getting the stuttering FPS but also internet lag. It's soo bad I literally cannot kill anyone while they can kill me with no problem at all and i know they aren't hacking. Happened yesterday when i was sniping against another guy and i'd shoot him, I know it hit him because I'd see the blood shoot out from him and my reticle would flash red, sometimes I'd even see his character fall down dead but I wouldn't get a kill confirmation (lemonAgent Killed Player), instead I would just die and he would be stood back up and it said he killed me. I know this guy wasn't hacking because I did manage to get a couple kills on him despite this though it was borderline impossible. It has also been happening a lot with other people, seems no matter what server i get put in I'm getting this ridiculous lag. My net isn't great but it has never been a problem up until this recent update.

yes i get the same i throw a sticky bomb there car blows up yet they dont die and people shoot me dead easily it doesnt happen in every game just some for me i noticed when there only 10 people max in the lobby there no lag soon as its a full game the lag is terrible only happened for me since the update too

There is always lag but last couple days have been bad for me. The cops have been on my ass full force too and that always makes the lag even worse.

yeah lol its the worse its been usually always the case when new dlc out
