Are there any existing mods for this?

If not, are there any ways to import custom 3d models & textures(preferably made in Blender), custom AI, custom scripts, custom dialogue, and some other things needed to make it work that I can't think of? I would like a legitimate answer.

EDIT: I guess the title was too long. I also want to know if other characters can be added as well.

Why is that because i dont understand it,most of the controversy is created by moron parents that buy the game for their 12yo kids,in fact it was discovered that 75% of gta V players are kids betwen 11 year and 15 years old,i think the problem is the moron parents buying certain games and not teaching them values and morals because the gta 5 gamers think and asume the game is like real life,because they dont know or dont realize the fact that is fiction.

Look how f*cked up the community can be with what we have in the game. I saw a video about Jesus sh*tting down on people from the sky, humping the air while standing on water, telling cops to pray and lifting up their cars using his force. In the background was a song that went like "Aaaahh he's an awesome god !"

Was the most hilarious video I've seen so far from the game, but my point is a lot of people will dislike it to hell for their beliefs or whatever.

And would be the same case with children - they can never be in a violent game, that's just common sense. I know some people would like it for more realism (or sick reasons) but it will never happen and I hope there will be no mods either.

I don't really have problem with either what I'm talking about is if R* would go making games by your logic then their games would be banned long ago. A realistic environment doesn't always make for a better game.

I have been wanting this for ever. Totally splitting hairs when hiding in an alle way and killing hundreds of Police and public safety officers then escaping to a paint n spray and its all good. But kill one child or family and its too extreme. Idk, seems hypocritical.

But I have always dreamed about "in gta" plowig into a little league field or playground with a semi and just massacre. Or smashing some stroller out front a parents arms while walking across the street.

All we need is some skilled sickos and this would happen. I mean really!? We have police mods for level 80 virgins to sit and play cops for hours, but no f'd up stuff.
