Preferred Apartment Location

Out of curiosity, which property do you normally stay, start Heists with, or spawn in when you first join a session? You can put down your reasons for choosing the preferred property as your "main base."

 

Personally I chose the Tinsel Towers Apt. 42 as my primary location out of the other 2 properties for reasons:

 

• The High Life interior combined with an unobstructed panoramic view of Los Santos
• Closest to the LSC Mod Shop while still a close distance to one of the clothing shops and other businesses
• Less popular compared to the overrated Eclipse Towers

I always spawn up in paleto bay. If I'm a bounty, there's almost never anybody else there, if there is, they're usually driving by in a police chase.

 

there's anything you could ever need in paleto bay: helipad, pegasus vehicle spawns, clothing store, barber shop, Ammunation, tattoo parlor, pay n spray, the ocean (easy police/player escapes, there's even a submarine a little south of paleto bay at some docks if you don't own one yourself), your house

 

with the hydra transportation isn't an issue, and there's always a free chopper if you don't own one yourself

 

literally the worst thing about it is the fact I have to drive a mile up the road to get to a convenience store but we all make sacrifices with our spawn locations

I enjoy the sense of isolation and access to almost all services within a quick thirty second drive. Unfortunately, I can't host heists with a mid-tier apartment hence why I own two apartments in Los Santos. Both Del Perro Heights and 3 Alta St. are located within a short drive of most amenities (with 3 Alta St. being the closest high end building to both the Impound Lot and Mors Mutual depot), are located in generally "quiet" areas, and have the cheapest high end units.

3 Alta street for convenient location by Vespucci Helipad (the most reliable helipad) and the nearby ammunation

But I have a 2 car garage in Sandy shores I enjoy spawning at.

 

I enjoy the dark and run down kind of look and it's right by a bunch of amenities and the airfield (Where I can spawn my jet)

Integrity Way. 3 apartments with 10 car garages each. Right in the middle of the city, so any important hotspots, such as the helipad where I can order my helicopters, Los Santos Customs and heist locations such as the garment factory, Pacific Standard bank and city hall are easily and quickly accessible.

I've got 3 characters. 2 are mine and one is my wife's. All 3 characters have an apt at Alta. all other properties we made sure to have variation to keep each character fresh and different.

I absolutely agree, I'm still sad I had to sell mine as I needed more car spaces
