Anyone can start hosting a meet. Your 5 year old cousin that put his finger in the cat's asshole one Christmas can host. All he needs to figure out is how to name a thread and post a gamertag. You, OP, haven't done half of that. No info on the meet or anything - you just posted a video. I suggest looking at threads in the link below as well as posting future threads there:

Also, a video is nice but most people look through a few threads to find a meet. Playing a video puts that barrier up for possible attendees. I suggest adding some text to your thread such as details of what your meets are all about, how to join, rules, etc.

Depends your objective.

If you want promote your youtube channel, it's not the good sub-forum (there is a thread for "youtubers" and videomakers),

If you want share your "Car meet" in a video, and promote your (future) "Car Meets", it's ok, but I think you should post it in the Lobby or Events thread.

 

But your video is nice, I don't like cars, I don't like the music (i like electro and techno, but this music isn't in "harmony" with the video, IMO).

I would prefer to hear cars and people etc... but it's a nice video, good cameras, nice places etc... (you seems to be a good videomaker)!
