Pearls cannot be applied to crew colours as of 1.17 so you won't be able to get that blue tint on the crew colour.

No. You can either mess around with the social club colour spectrum to get that right shade of purple or you can visit the link I provided.

Dark Orchid- #9932CC (153 50 204) closely resembles it,but you won't have the blue overtoning it THAT much as it has been patched.

Like I said mess around with the social club colours and see when you get to the right shade of purple.
