First two fine but Sundays shirt hasn't arrived for whatever reason

In the end I was only able to get Day 1 and 3 shirts for both characters with Day 2 not being rewarded on my 1st Character (after a message saying it was) and then the objectives never refreshing on my 2nd Char (so it shared the completed objectives from my 1st Char) therefore unable to get a shirt. "Le Biatch" indeed.
