Online: My Running Speed is somehow increased?

I am having the strange problem that my character in Online is somehow moving faster in general, like my movement speed has been increased by 20 ~ 50 %, which is quite strange.

 

Is this a bug or something?

 

EDIT: Offline I am also moving faster than usual...
