Why can't I start Daddy's Little Girl despite finishing Marria

I know I completed Marriage Counselling already but I can't start the next quest despite going to Michael's house and sitting down on the couch to watch the TV. I even tried going to bed to save first and it still won't let me begin this quest!

Why can't I start Daddy's Little Girl despite finishing Marriage Counselling?

Try killing Michael, usually after respawning it'll resume your progress.

 

Try quick-saving on a different slot, going to Online for a few minutes and then using the character wheel switch back to Michael

 

Try sleeping a few in-game days while also doing the method above

Hope at least one of these methods works, it's pretty random to get things to work again.

Try replaying Marriage Counseling and then see if the mission comes.
