Random events completely dissappeared

Hey,

 

I started a new walkthrough because I missed the Simeon random event first time. Now I am at 65% and suddenly all random events stopped triggering. Event those security vans that spawn nearly everytime don't spawn. I slept for several days, but it doesn't work. So I decided to load an older save and there were some random events that trigger, but now even this save seems to be buggy - all random events stopped spawning again. Now I have two savegames at 60% with 20 remaining random events and the other one with 65% and 10 remaining randoms.

 

I know that random events do not spawn everytime, but I had none with 2 weeks of ingame time.

 

I changed the characters, played online, changed back to offline, played some regular story missions, did some side missions, but all random events are still gone...

 

Do you have any advises?

I'm having something similar happen. I can not get the Lacey Jonas random even to spawn. I have tried clearing the cache, playing online, making quick saves, still nothing. It also seems as though the pickpocket, armored trucks and store robbery randoms have quit spawning also.
