Level 1000 is the highest I've seen. KD wasn't that high, I think it was 2.13.

 

I never though about reporting modders because I couldn't care about their motives. I play my game and you play yours.

I saw a level 3000 something on PS3 once, probably not legit, was back in the billionaire days.

 

Recently I did a heist setup with a level 1043 french guy who kept calling me "boy." He ended up dying and then quitting.

I have a few friends that are legit 600+ and even more friend 200-400.. I have a primary at 300+ and a secondary over 170..so I would likely be 500+ if I only focused on 1 character. . Highest I've seem in a lobby was 8000.. I highly doubt it was legit.

it's probably because they they are not very smart and think that Rockstar will never catch them and that no one will report them for it - it's the same thing when they do the money glitching to the point that they have 50 billion dollars....

I'm pretty sure everyone has seen a rank 8000 at least once. Matter fact yesterday in my session, there was a crew with like 3 people rank 8000 that were in god mode. And yes, to all those on last gen there ARE God moders on ps4 so don't be surprised.

I know a few legit 700+'s, many in the 500's. I saw a 1000+ one time and questioned him, it was a game store account and everybody who worked there took turns playing that char 12hrs a day.
