fliegbart Posted July 11, 2015 Share Posted July 11, 2015 Hey Guys, i just purchased San Andreas of Steam and ive got a massive Problem : As soon as the Game starts even in the Intro my game starts to flicker like crazy the graphic settings are on High, i already tried playing on low same problem. Frame limiter is off. also i dont think it has got anything to do with my laptop, because every other game runs smoothly. Now for the interesting Part .. ive tried recording the Problem with Fraps, but Fraps doesnt show the flickering and all these Graphic Bugs. If you have already updated your drivers, then sometimes, rolling back to an older version helps. That's a trial and error method though. How close are you to: Recommended System Requirements for GTA: San Andreas: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better) XP, Vista, Windows 7. 384(+) MB of RAM 16x DVD-ROM drive (or download [which I do not recommend] 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install ★128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better) DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card Keyboard & Mouse <Optional> GamePad with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port) (Not a console controller) ** I suggest 12 buttons minimum. I use the Logitech Dual Action ™z 0pt Rumble Pack F510), as it works straight from the box without any special drivers. Seitek also nice. Attempting to use console controllers may take hours to find the right driver(s) and then still not work.
