[C#] Fully functional trainer with source code released.

I've just finished my GTA V trainer written in C# using ScriptHookVDotNet (maybe the first C# trainer?).

The first version integrated almost all features from all famous trainers (such as Native Trainer and Enhanced Trainer) along with some brand new features (such as speed meter and XYZ teleporter).

The trainer is open-sourced, and new features are in developing (such as teleport to all spaceship parts/letters/stunt jumps)
