Connection Issues

Okay i play on the Xbox One and i'm having issues connecting to people online. I recently went back to the Xbox 360 to see how connection was there and i connected to the maximum amount of people in a free roam right away. On the One i end up in games by myself when im go to public, i have trouble connecting to my friends in invite only sessions.

 

I have tried everything to try and fix my connection issues i have tried everything Rockstar and other people have told me and i cant get it to work. I opened up port forwarding Port 88, (UDP) Port 3074, (UDP and TCP), Port 53 (UDP and TCP), Port 80 (TCP), Port 500 (UDP), Port 3544 (UDP), Port 4500 (UDP) like it told me to, ive tried hard resetting my Xbox, I had my Xbox both hard wired, wireless, I've reset my modem and router, i cleared my cache on my Xbox, i wiped my whole hard drive of anything. My NAT is always open my Detailed Network Statistics is Download Speed 67.57 Mbps, Uplaod Speed is 11.90, Packet Loss is 0%, MTU is 1480, Latency is 62 MS, NAT Type Open, Detailed NAT Information is "Your network is behind a cone NAT", Status Code is 0x40000000.

 

I would really like to know if there is anything else i can do to try and fix this i really want to just be able to play with my friends online Thank you.
