I was running from this guy cause I has a bounty and got to my door but the f*cking blue marker wasn't there and we killed each other. Is this a glitch or lag Issue when I respawned the blue marker was there.

Probably just lag. However, did you have the phone up, or the interaction menu open? If either of these are shown, it blocks the marker. If the cops saw you, you're not able to enter.

Were you on your phone, or in the quick menu? The blue marker disappears in those cases, to prevent glitching.

Used to happen quite a lot for no reason - it was a bug. Not had it for a long time.

No wanted level or phone up I just came out my apartment and I seen this guy coming at me, so I tried to go back In and the marker wasn't there. And yes the bounty will go away after awhile.

Quit being a punk ass, hiding in apartments does nothing for you besides keep you from dying, and making you bored. Go to the docks, and get a submarine and watch bounty hunters circle over you in boats, dropping grenades that blow up before they reach you send them taunting text messages as they call you a modder/hacker because their IQs are so low they cant figure out youre in a submarine.

It happens. Don't know why but the marker just disappears. Changing sessions fixes it.

48 minutes outside, the timer stops when you go indoors. I still see people who don't know this sitting in apts or lsc.

Um, yeah it does disappear. Once you wait 48 minutes IRL you get the money for it. Why would I want to waste my time fighting? More often than not, the other person just uses cheap tactics anyway.

It's common, it happens to me too. Sometimes when I go to my apartment it isn't there, then 3 seconds later it pops up.
