Also, this is a small spoiler, but if you want to take the shortcut, you can kill her, then after you should get a phone call from Woozie, and CJ will say she got killed, and if I remember correctly, he has to break into her house and get it. Where am I gunna meet Millie, and where do I get a gimp suit? I haven't gotten any call from Woozie or anything at all.... Last time I saw Woozie was when we signed that contract with that other guy who only grunts. he never told me to get the security pass or any sh*t, I did some searching and according to gtaseriesvideos, you should do the heist right after killing Pulaski in ''high noon''.. I already did High Noon, and still nothing. EDIT: I did more research and apparently there is a mission called key to her heart... I haven't done that mission at all!!!! WTF. The Money Symbol Icon is the Heist Missions. You need Millie's keycard as others have said already. Furthermore, you don't even technically have to date Millie to get it. You can just take her out on a date and shoot her to death. She dies, but then you get a phone call and a notification that the Keycard is in her House and you can go pick it up, which should unlock the rest of the Heist Missions. Regardless of Platform and Version, I heard in the past if you miss Phone Calls and progress to far into the Story, some Missions get glitched like that. I could be totally wrong, though. I just read that a while back on some Facts Site. So usually after Missions, I walk on foot a bit and/or drive to a Safehouse and slowly walk in, as I get a Phone Call. The Heist is not necessary to finish the main story. Yes that is the casino, but when I go in and go to the door where you usually meet up with woozie, there is no red marker. EDIT: Nevermind I actually found it, it wasn't on the left side of the place, it was the right.
