Did they change the free roam event frequency again?

For the last month or so the free roam events seemed to spawn every five minutes or so but in the last two days I haven't seen anything.

The frequency of the events is back to normal now. It had been increased because the special crates had special shirts in them.

1 even per 48minutes its simply stupid!

 

they should lower that to 10 mins on normal and 5mins during high frequency events.

For real though, right? And while we're at it, why not have multiple FR events happening at once? Give a little context to the endless battles, y'know?
