It does seem, more and more, that a lot of games have so many Illuminati symbols. When I played DA: Inquisition for a while, they were literally everywhere, eyes, owls, pyramids, etc. As much as people joke, it seems to me that there might be an ulterior motive in popularizing these symbols and mocking those who notice their prevalence as "conspiracy theorists."

The All-Seeing Eye has been linked to Lester since the first promotional art with him showed up. As a paranoid conspiratist it makes perfect sense.

 

The newest IGG2 tattoo has an Eye of Horus placed in it as it's an Egyptian themed piece. Not quite the same thing.

 

IIRC, the first All Seeing Eye tattoo (right elbow, female) popped up in one of the money-themed earlier updates because it's across from the National Seal on the US dollar bill (the foriegners may not know this). The IGG1 update included a full sleeve with one worked in, no particularly obvious outside reason other than it looks good or they're watching us.
