Upgrade then. Problem Fixed

100 's of dollars to "fix" one defect on a car build out of pixels is insane

Upgrading is worth it. It does more than fix one single bug

overpowerd passive mode is bad, same for garbage in my cars and reused interiors and the lose of my nice red interior in my infernus

further a loss of modders, better graphics, still wall breaches, one more car i woud actualy like to have(dukes), further several irelivant cars....longer single player mode i dont care about, ability to record, paying ps plus.....

yea well, i wait till my ps is broke, next gen gets more nice stuff thats actualy worth it, mgs5 comes out and gets ratings of more then 8 like any real mgs is suposed to get, or silent hills is un-canceled and released

As far as i am concerned if trowa and other good nodo drivers say it is broken it is broken you will only notice if you are consistent tho

I noticed this myself when I first bought and modified the car. I thought it under-steered pretty badly, had dreadful traction and maybe this ones just me or the lack of traction, but I found the thing a nightmare off-road feeling way to light over any minor bumps.

At first I thought I was just going to have to get used to the car, learn its quirks and limits but it just not right ad now I've found out I wasn't the only one thinking this.

So here is the Rockstar support ticket for this 2.2million dollar problem

https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/communities/public/questions/204344408-Is-the-Progen-T20-slower-on-PS3-and-360-

anyone else experiencing this please help make sure Rockstar knows about it and fixes it as fast as possible.

TLDR: The T20 drives awfully on last gen and needs fixing support the support ticket above.

(sorry if I'm late this was already posted but I could not find it)

Updates

just drove is on ps3 and ps4... major handling difference. on ps3 it whips like a jet ski... on ps4 it drives like the turismo...

Here's the Nonchalant Dominance thread about it: http://nodo.freeforums.net/thread/3535/t20-broken-on-old-gen

Put off road tires on it.

I'm going to be straight-forward. You're a terrible f*cking driver and you need to stop blaming the car and start blaming yourself.

I have PS3 and I've put about 200 miles on the T20 I bet. Never have I made a mistake because of the handling, it's accurate and agile and quick. The steering is flawless and well balanced.

Why does it understeer for you? It's simple really. Because YOU don't know how to drive. Do you go into corners full throttle, not braking or braking too early or too late? How are you experiencing understeer? How in the f*ck are you experiencing understeer? With this thing? Are you serious? Here's a tip, learn how to drive.

I swear, if the handling get's "patched" because of your daft driving skills, you won't hear the end of it from me. I swear, the funnest cars in this game seem to be getting a lot of hate because people like you can't handle cars that actually feel like cars, it seems. Nobody's going to hold your hand this time. You paid for it, learn how to use it.

WOW remind me to never bother posting on this forum again this and the rest of you offering smart ass remarks. I'm pretty certain I drive better than you a lifetime of racing games and actual on track racing will see to that. why don't you try living life without being a obnoxious asshole. I'll be laughing when it turns out I was right all along.

I'm now officially out of this thread.

Crunch McThornbody

Put offroad wheels on it and then give it a whirl.

Most of my supers have offroaders because they handle going up/down kerbs much better than normal tyres, and the traction is the same.

Maybe it's just you? A super car that's terrible off road, how dare R* implement such a thing...

Cant decide if this is a joke. Did you read the post? I'm most certainly not the only one that has noticed this.

It was an attempt at humor :)

Mr. Scratch

You guys do know that all vehicles on current gen have slightly different handling because of the first person view mode, right?

First off it's not meant for off-road and secondly it performs great.

It has a bit of oversteer, but nothing that's not too hard to control. I tested it on taking off (stock since I'm saving up for one right now) and it was really close to the Zentorno (also stock) the first time I tested it and about 2-3 seconds faster the second time I tested it. I'm on 360 by the way.

Can confirm this as well. The T20 is pretty terrible in most technical race tracks. I raced with other NODO members on iPhoNoodles' LS Airport GP last night and I got 1:37 with my Turismo R and about an average of 1:40 with my T20. Also raced on the Alamo GP and got 1:36 with my Turismo R, but only managed a 1:39 (I think) with the T20. In all fairness though, the Alamo GP is better suited for cars that are more responsive when turning (i.e. Turismo R and Zentorno.) It understeers like a boat. If you thought the Elegy or the Osiris understeered, the T20 is twice as bad.

Not sure what the difference is compared to the next gen T20 tho. I've heard that it understeers a whole lot more on last gen, but I don't know by how much. Until the T20 gets fixed to be last next gen's, I'll stick with my Turismo R for racing.

Edit: Just watched Broughy's new video where he tested wether or not the retractable spoiler provides any traction to the car. From the video, I'm fairly certain that the spoiler doesn't provide traction on last gen. According to Broughy, the test with the broken spoiler, the T20 understeered so much and required more braking when turning = pretty much what we experience on last gen.

Yeah you can, you ignorant retard. You can master a car in 1 freaking day just by racing it in different race tracks to stretch the car to its limits.

What kind of twisted idiot would take a super car off anyway? It's a god damned super car, keep it on TARMAC. And if you do, you have to be a terrible driver to get this car to understeer.

Love how couple of users in the front page of this thread ganked up OP, started mudslinging and name calling without even giving a thought or testing out the issue. It had to be that one established youtuber to clear sh*ts up here and not the other way around.

I think a lot of people are missing the point of this... There isn't necessarily a problem with the way the vehicle drives or performs overall, but rather with how it drives and performs relative to the PS4/One/PC version.

I bought it and fully upgraded it on 360 and tested it on a handful of tracks (no stupid Long Haul or The Commute style tracks, ones with plenty of corners) against my Zentorno. I found, on average, the T20 to be slower by 6 tenths per 1 minute of lap time (so for a 2:00 lap in the Zentorno, the T20 would have been roughly 2:01.2).

For an example track, on Cutting Coroners, with no curb boosting, no mid-boost or whatever it's called, keeping at least 2 wheels on the actual road at all times, no extreme checkpoint shortcutting, basically no cheesy sh*t, I got a 54.4 with the Zentorno and a 55.1 with the T20. Average lap times in the Zentorno were around 55 flat, while average laps in the T20 were in the low 56 second range.

I found 2 main issues with the T20 that affected its average lap speed: understeer, and when trying to force the car to rotate, even the slightest over-rotation would result in the engine bogging. The Zentorno on the other hand, is plenty happy being backed into the corners and can get pretty crossed up before it bogs. Think of it as if the T20 has an very invasive stability management setting, where as the Zentorno's system is set up to be much more "free."

I have spent far more time than I would care to calculate (or admit) test driving and doing balance work on all sorts of racing and driving games, and I am very consistent (it comes with the territory) even though I'm not the fastest. I do not have a PS4/One/PC to test how it compares to its current-gen counterpart, but I can confirm that the T20, or at least my T20, is a bit of an understeering pig and definitely not a faster vehicle around twisty tracks than my Zentorno.

Or, was an understeering pig anyway, I sold it already because I needed the garage space and I'm doubtful that Rockstar will fix it on 360/PS3.

I see a lot of your posts that I agree with but this has to be one of the douchiest posts I've seen outside of that TeamAssist guy's thread, and it makes you look like a total fanboy for the T20 that you can't even consider that there might be something to this after people like Broughy report on it.

Hey, get it fixed if you want. Make it faster or handle better, all good.

I freeze if I drive my supercars really fast so it doesn't really matter that much to me. Extra traction would be okay I guess.

I'm not a hyper car fanboy but the T20 is pretty up there on my list of good handling/fun cars. I haven't had any issues with the driving, it seems like every car that actually feels like a car in this game gets bashed by people who don't know how to corner properly and then cry oversteer/understeer.

Douchey or not, who the f*ck cares? I'm tired of people praising the most mundane cars and then claiming somethings wrong with the funnest cars. It's why we have so many cars that are utterly boring to drive and hold your hand all of the time. Not every car is going to hold your hand.
