PSA: Progen T20 broken on last gen

Morbid, the problem I have with this issue is why it's even an issue. It's not very hard to comprehend that the car just handles differently on last-gen compared to current-gen. It's not the only car that has differences depending on the platform. The T20 is more of a bitch to drive on last-gen and is a tad bit slower because of it. Okay? Is it gonna be fixed? I doubt it. And does it really matter? Not really.

And you are obviously just trolling here, because you keep saying non-sens. Every evidence and everyone is condradicting you.

 

ALL GTA vehicle are identical on all platforms (except PC because of framerate), except for the T20 that has a traction issue on old gen, PERIOD! These are not up for discussion anymore, they are facts. No discussion here...

 

Saying something over and over doesn't make it true... It's a simple signe of maddness really.

 

We've covered it, its done, the quick fixe would be to give the value of traction whene the spoiler is up. R* has confirmed they are looking into it and that was 2 days ago. We can only cross fingers.

There is more than one persone confirming the issue. One of them is Boughy with a video on you tube. And i've had a reply on a ticket about the future of GTA online for old gen.

I ve had a reply to my ticked about precisely that;

 

They will continue with fixes and keep banning modders on old-gen (or so they say:). It's the "content" updates like Heists, IGG and FreeModeEvents that they will stop. And i understand that.

 

They can't add content, but they can fix what's already in.

Well I suppose that could be one way to see it, like Rockstar wanted the T20 to be different on last gen... They haven't really said one way or the other though. I'd accept that if they would come out and tell us, but as it is it really just looks like a car with a feature that isn't working on last gen but that works fine on current gen.

 

It's an issue for racers though... As it is now for last gen, the Zentorno and Osiris are the way to go, so with the T20 out of the running it makes for less variety, and for people who really like the styling of the T20 and want to race at a high level, then it is surely frustrating for them. Also, while I don't particularly with this opinion, a lot of people also feel that as the most expensive car it should be the fastest.

 

Given the nature of the "issue" it is pretty reasonable for people to feel it needs to be fixed. Since it handles like a T20 with a broken wing, it is only logical to assume that the wing isn't working. Whether or not that is an intentional by Rockstar, we can't know.

 

While Rockstar still hasn't done anything about it, if I remember correctly threads on the support site were responded with a "we are looking into it" type of response. If it was intentional, then perhaps they would have just said that the old gen consoles can't handle vehicles having dynamic handling files or something... Or maybe not, because then people wouldn't buy it hoping for it to be fixed/knowing it was inferior.

 

You are right, it doesn't really matter in a general sense, it is just a video game after all... But nonetheless it does matter to some people to some degree, and unless it was intentional to leave out the spoiler affecting the handling on last gen, then I don't think it's unreasonable to hope/expect a glitch to be fixed.

No, it wasn't fixed.

The car still behaves like its lacking a spoiler.

For a better comparision, slap a spoiler on the Osiris and notice how much different the car handles.

Last Gen is abandoned, it won't get anymore updates.

The last update did not changed anything at all.
