Can't Finish Jobs

I'm on a PC running Win 8.1 and for whatever the reason I cannot finish some jobs. I can do races or any other activity in game just fine. Whenever I try to call a contact (Martin, Gerald, Simeon, etc.) up on my phone and take a job from them, I can do the job. However whenever I go to hit the yellow dot and finish the mission, the minute I hit the dot, the end cinematic does not play and my game locks at that point. I have no problems alt tabbing out of the game and using task manager to end the game and restart. I would love to know if there is a fix for this. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. The game was working fine (minus some minor stuttering issues) until this most recent patch that had Ill Gotten Gains part 2 in it. Then once I patched it I have been having this problem ever since. Nevermind, it's working now. I have heard I guess there was something wrong server side.
