arewenotmen
I don't think this is possible, but worth asking. You can call a SET_BLACKOUT native that stops most lighting, but has anyone tried killing off the ambient light from buildings? Things I've tried: - calling STREAMING::REMOVE_IPL on all the lighting IPLs - some of the GRAPHICS calls from the heist mission script - but this apparently takes place at 9pm where it's not a problem I was wondering about whether, failing anything else, this is in realms of ENB etc.
TheFlareEntercounter
Maybe the glow effect is tied to the building model?
arewenotmen
Possibly, but I think it's a separate mechanic, like fog - the buildings have "lit" windows, after all, and those get disabled.
Foxtrot64
Spoooky. Maybe play with the weather effects, it might just be fog/smog?
