[PATCHED] How to UNLOCK ALL 6 Beer Hats on NG for FREE, SOLO & EAS

This tutorial will show you how to UNLOCK ALL 6 Beer Hats (for Both Sex Characters), SOLO & Easy, in GTA Online.

This IS PATCHED on ALL 5 Gaming System as of 1.28(7-11-15).

This glitch/bug was PATCHED by the "Event Items" being unlocked being changed to the ones Below;

Complete Daily Objectives this weekend to unlock...

...the Gold Dis T-shirt (Friday),

...Le Biatch T-shirt (Saturday)

...and NS Print T-shirt (Sunday).

Tips:
~This works both as a Male and Female Character Tutorial!
~This also works for both of your Characters if you happen to have 2!
~This has NOW been CONFIRMED to work with ANY Mission, Heist, OR Heist Setup

~IT MAY NOW require doing a Heist or Heist Setup, or at least on Xbox One, this is what people are telling me.

-How to UNLOCK ALL 6 Beer Hats (for Both Sex Characters), SUPER EASY, SOLO, in GTA Online:(PATCHED as of 1.28)

 

 

►Once in an "Online Session" you have a few way to do this but you MUST simply COMPLETE a Mission, Heist or Heist Setup, either one will work,
►Now when you are ready either start a Mission, Heist or Heist Setup, and if need be Invite other Players or accept an invite to ANY Mission Heist, or Heist Setup,(Races not confirmed, everything else apparently is!)
►Then complete the ANY Mission, Heist, OR Heist Setup,
►Now when you successfully complete ANY Mission, Heist, OR Heist Setup and are back into a Free-Roam Session head to a Bincos or Discount Clothing Store,
►Then once you arrive there go over to the "Hats" Section, open it and scroll to "Special Hats" and you will see that ALL of the Beerhats are available, all 6 of them, no matter how many you previously had, even if you had none at all,
►Now purchase them ALL for the awesome price of FREE, then exit the Store and wait for the little save Circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen before leaving the session, just to be safe,
►Enjoy!

You don't even have to pass the heist or mission. For my male, I was doing a heist setup and someone left, but the beer hats still unlocked.

Is it possible that you don't have to this? Because for me the beerhats were unlocked right after the Update, no missions or such needed. Just went to the store and bought them, never owned one before. That led me to believe that everyone has them free now. Looks like i was wrong.

May I add that that going into any store (from my experience) may work? IIRC the only clothing store I used on Wednesday was Ponsonby's and the beer hats I didn't have still unlocked for me.

Personally, my 4 beer hats disappeared the first time I switched characters after the update. This method does not bring them back for me. Oh well. (PS4)

I tried to play some setup heists to get all the beer hats, but didn´t manage to finish them with randoms Didn´t have the time to play either.

 

Next day I just walked in to the clothing store closest to Vanilla Unicorn and got surprised when all 6 were available without doing anything:P

I already unlocked the first 4 of my main and managed to get the same 4 on my second by doing the steps, no sign of the mysterious J Lager and Blarney's on either though.

 

Havent tried a heist, that might be my next step. PS4 btw.

I have tried everything there is to try, and they simply won't unlock. I am on PS4. This is really upsetting

Thanks for the heads up SeaWall, but it isn't working for me either. I played 4 heist setups all completed and no dice. Only have the hats I obtained prior to. PS4 btw

I think it's random. My friend and I were in a session earlier. We both had all four beer hats, and we both did the same missions. He got the two other hats, I didn't. Still no luck.

This IS Confirmed on the PS4 & XboxOne Gaming System as of 1.28.

This does NOT work for PS3, Xbox 360, or PC Gamers, sorry. This may have something to do with their recent removal, from many PC Players Accounts upon transfer to PC.

(XBOX ONE) Tried this now and it worked. All 6 were unlocked when I only had 1 legit. I didn't even need to actually play the set-up, I joined the lobby and a guy kicked me, went to the store to check in case and it was there.
