Im not saying rockstar promised us anything but c'mon guys, we still got some gas stations and convenience stores that are just closed. They recently unlocked the police station again, so its very possible that they could unlock more interiors that are in game (that where used for missions etc...) It has always been a case to fall on with last gen - being that people would say the hardware wasn't enough to handle interiors. we have Xbox one , PS4 and pc now so whats the excuse? There is a thread about the "GTA 5 being dead" .... wouldn't this liven up the game a lil bit? we should be able to enter all convince stores, gas stations, and also have more repair shops (for how much repair garages around the city) I know rockstar is lazy and completely forgot about single player but wouldn't this make more sense? They're running at 1.6 GHZ! That's sad. However, interiors are streamed from the HDD. The HDD's of the consoles are slow, yes, but locking interiors are almost certainly a design decision, not a hardware constraint, such as the lack of 60 fps. Also, no AAA game developer is lazy. None. This is especially clear when you look at the optimization of the PC version, and the ability to squeeze out 1080/30 with both consoles. Most of the game is full of GTA Online content though. If Rockstar were to make the online less detailed, surely there would have been more content in the game without any limits. Like I said before, the lack of interiors is almost undoubtedly a design decision. I doubt it has anything more than a very very little performance consideration. Some interiors seem to be blocked from access either because they are not prepared yet to open them on both modes, or just reserved for the DLC which actually got postponed due to the delay in Heists. It's not a matter of opening the doors, it's a matter of making whole new assets. Besides, the convenience stores have always been open. As for the other interiors used in the story, well that I'm not sure of. These interiors were meant to be linear levels and most of them don't have entrances because you enter them through scripted events. But yeah, the game could use some more interiors, hopefully that Bahama Mamas West interior would be used for a DLC, we've already seen that there are assets for a dancing minigame that was added in a patch. Anyways, these locked interiors aren't from Online. If someone could find proof that a casino actually exists and is taking up all of Rockstar's time that would be lovely. I think it is because of hidden Beta sh*t that wasn't exactly removed, but instead corrupted other sh*t and was accidentally missed. If one has no patience there's IV, apparently that never gets boring, 29 years into the future people will still play that. It has some interiors too. This is the first GTA, where I'm done the game and its so boring and nothing to do after that.... I'm forced to play online for a lil action and adventure. the only purpose SP holds is that it spawns more and different various npcs, animals and events Like i said before, if GTA4 graphics wasn't so sh*tty right now, id be playing that. I hope thats one of the games that work with backwards compatibility on xbox1 because if I'm able to play GTA4 on my xb1 .... lol i might not see GTA5 for a bit..
