Completed CM & didn't get paid!

I finished the Criminal Mastermind challenge last night and didn't get my 10 mil. Half the crew got it, me and another guy didn't. Sickening! I've put a ticket in to R* but I'm not hopeful. Anyone have a similar experience and if so did you ever get your $$$

Did you check to make sure you had proper progression for it when you started? It sounds like you either got hit with the progression glitch with fleeca or didn't do it properly.

Checked progression throughout, were all at 25/26 before PS finale and the other crew member who didn't get it wasn't the guy I was teamed with on fleeca. We did lag out once during and got "failed to exit bank" as failure reason, but we all reloaded and 2/4 of the crew got paid

Press Start > Stats > Awards > Heists.

I got hit with this glitch multiple times. There seems to be an issue where your progress can be reset when you start Prison Break - Plane. The best way to counter this glitch is by starting a random setup as a full team so it 'recognises you as a crew'. I've also helped two other teams and two members of one team had their progress reset too, so if you're going to do it again, I would recommend doing a random setup together first.

Not surprised at all. GTA Online has garbage netcode. R* does not want to invest money in dedicated servers so we get this glitchy cloud bullsh*t.

Yea this sh*t sucks. I was doing cm last night, we got half way through and 1 of the players had his progress reset to zero for no reason at all.

Its all in the guide of neo ledah or whatever he is called

First do a random heist with all 4...then start fleeca per 2 and then all other sh*t youre suposed to do when trying the cmc

 

Then again we are several updates further...who knows what they broke in the mean time

Not too bothered tbh, if I have to do it again I will, was easier than I expected with a decent crew. Only used 5 armour during the whole thing! Also feels kind of empty now it's "done", like CM is kind of endgame and what to do now.

We did this. started with the pacific finale. We went on till we were about 13/26 but the one guy only had 12/26 but we kept going. After 1 or 2 more missions he was totally reset to zero.

Actually when I did my Cm one of the players were reset then too and he got nothing for it but i dont think we tried doing a heist together before it started.

 

Edit...as a matter of fact I complained to support about my mastermind trophy not unlocking on social club. They mistakenly thought I was refering to the mastermind award and this is how they responded...

When Miss Malevolent had resetting issues during our CM run, we had all 4 of us video capture the entire heist, then sent the clips of the ending to Rockstar along with the time, date, etc. They awarded her the cash and award within a week. So remember, capture everything!

Yes after everyone resetting 3 times and restarting one of us out of the group completed the cmm challenge on the 4th try. Got our money

 

You need visual proof of the Criminal MM award being awarded. The person who got the awards stats easiest way is to record the PS heist setup finish screens and the finale award screen

 

So in this case i took Deadlydriver29's final 5 min clip where he got the awards that is the most important part the awards being given and where it shows people's medals at the end

Also send the proof to Rockstar. Sending it here does no good.
