Because Tron travels at just 120-ish mph max. Right.

 

I used to run >240 mph on Gran Turismo 5 and it doesn't feel anything like Tron.

 

 

EDIT: This save-modded baby runs at 310 mph on the Bayshore Route-knockoff course, and it is fun because it is hard as hell to control even on a mostly-straight course like this.

 

 

What R* should do is to man up and make cars and planes alike run at more realistic speeds (like the ones actually advertised on the websites), at least on current gen and PC.

 

When cars actually run at 200+ mph, players will realize that they can no longer floor their throttle through the entire Route 1/Route 13 loop, and highway battles will actually be a lot more fun than the gimped 120 mph cruise right now.
