Kirsty Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 We've decided to try topic tags in the Crews & Gangs forums, as you may have noticed. This is just a trial to see if it benefits the community in this particular area, so only staff are able to add them to your topics currently. We're hoping it'll prove quite useful to the multiplayer side of things when looking for a gang or crew as clicking the tag performs a search. You can have up to 6 topic tags listed under the title of your topic like so: But only 1 tag can be a topic prefix in the index like so: If it works well there will be improvements (like better colours) in the future when we update the forums. The current list is: Social Mulitplayer Official PC PS4 PS3 Xbox 360 Xbox One If you want topic tags adding to your topic, please post a request here or PM a staff member. We're open to suggestions and feedback so 2 cents for the Crews & Gangs forums are welcome. AndyGanteks Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 (edited) May be better to rename multiplayer tag to gaming, it's shorter and more effective, and well, the gangs' directory also uses social/gaming labels. Social and gaming also both contain 6 letters. /ocd And if it's to be kept when this trial ends and when GTAF v3 comes, definitely change some colors as well. White text on gray background kind of isn't so pleasant for the eye(at least on the 2014 skin). Maybe different colors for other tags too like PS4/PS3/360/etc... We can add more variety at that point, but until then we are trying out the feature itself so you'll have to think beyond the grey for now. Regarding "Multiplayer" tag, I'd like some opinions on either "Gaming" or "Online" as alternatives, both are shorter and might make more sense for the area. What do you guys think?
