Stinger GT or Casco?

The Stinger GT (or any Stinger to be honest) was a car I never gave much thought to. It was expensive, the performance seemed to be behind many in its class, and I had not seen one in game to get an adequate look at it.

 

I currently have a Casco, which has largely been sitting in my garage since it was purchased in those crazy days following the Heist DLC when my friends were playing 24/7 and there was so much extra money flying around.

 

On my primary character I have a Stirling GT, Roosevelt, and Casco. On my secondary character I have a Z-Type, Coquette Classic, and a Peyote.

 

The other night I was doing a heist setup where a player called his Stinger GT and I really liked the look of it. So much so that I've considered dropping my Casco for it. But after these last two DLCs my money is dwindling.

 

I searched for threads with Casco and Stinger in the title and, finding none, thought I'd ask for advice.

 

I should state that my concerns are entirely aesthetic, as I would not be using either for performance considerations.

They're two completely different cars. I don't know how anyone could make your mind up for you. In terms of performance (which you don't care about, I know) the Casco is better, or seems so to me: better grip, not as sluggish accelerating. In terms of looks, I love them both and own them both. The curves and unusual engine placement on the Stinger GT is one reason why it was the first expensive car I ever bought in GTA:O. The Casco is more compact, less outlandish-looking, and just a beauty with classic styling.

Stinger GT for looks, Casco for performance.

 

Put a Stinger GT in red and it looks like a Ferrari 250 GTO, while the Casco is based on the Maserati 3500 GT, not a great looking car, but its performance is similar to the Stirling GT, Pigalle and the Z-Type.

Even if we're only comparing looks, I still like the Casco better.
