Personally, I think insurance is godsend - great deterrent. If your confidence feels threatened by enabling passive mode, there's ways around - shoot the dude out of the vehicle. You can shoot people out of a Kuruma, even. Even in free aim. Take it as a challenge. And again, how much is the insurance for a Kuruma? 6K? To hell with it - blow him up and spawn kill until satisfied or bored. TL;DR: There are ways to avoid griefers, no cost attached. So when my vehicle ends up in the water, I need to pay for it? This game is a running joking now. Exploring like...the mountains ?Its already insane one can offroad in a super.... Also the vehicle class that can generaly get you anywhere are the bikes, not the supers. Also on top of that, infernus is also great offroad car, kinda hard to destroy and the insurance is low Its doesn't matter if its insane or not, you can still do it. I was driving on the pier the other day and glitched into the water, destroyed my vehicle. It wasn't anything special but picture it was the T20. The point is no one should have to pay insurance in a sandbox game that is meant to be fun. Hell even doing some of the crazy sh*t in freeroam and all the sudden my car blows up, all because it hit something, fell the wrong way, etc. I should have to pay to have fun? If it bothers you sell youre car and trade it.Its for the rich people that arent bothered with that kind insurance.. and to be fair the turismo r is still competitive. Hell for freeroam even the elegy is. Either do that or adjust youre driving style IMHO,I think Insurance should be ''NO CHARGE'' if you destroy it yourself. Kinda like Liberty Mutual's ''Accident Forgiveness'' But.. if you use it as an attack vehicle.. That is pretty much the drivers fault. Infact.. players should pay their own insurance or just remove it. Passive already exists,,, player can play invite only. If they want to take their two million dollar car into the heart of a battle or attack players with it.. It really is their fault.Passive also exists for you...same for invite only sessions.For someone who claims the high insurance on other people their vehicles is no problem you seem to have a lot of complains about it. While driving this vehicle I should be like "champagne and caviar dreams". I'm sitting on 14 million but that's not the point. Most of you are allowing rockstar to introduce these ridiculous prices because you think it means something. I should trade fun for an insurance fee, that's uh not the uh point of uh video uh game. With the two new super cars in the last two updates cracking the 25k mark on insurance. This is just starting to become ridiculous. I can only imagine in future updates.. Super cars that come with kers that are made of solid gold costing players a million insurance for destroying these. For me,i spent all my money. So im broke now. And i have NO reason to grind anything anymore besides for ammo. And being broke.. with everything is a great feeling. Because no troll with one of these vehicles has any upper hand when they attack Which means you I can blow them up.. race them to mors and just keep blowing it up NON STOP. So.. guess who ain't playing to be paying anymore R*.... Same with being rich. I have no fear of blowing up anyone no matter what they're driving. You know that insurance comes into play while doing this, yet continue to do it. And no radio, tv or water.. So then you have to use Job Markers to teleport your vehicle around if you need it. I sometimes feel like Cinderella at the ball. Having fun.. being broke.. laughing at trolls that through they could juice me but fail. I DONT ATTACK FRIENDLY PLAYERS. Meaning i need to be attacked before attacking. Thats my rule. I dont go around cheap shotting players.
