Are your Event Collectibles missing?

Hey guys, I know I'm not the only one here's who's experienced this issue, and it sucks. Basically all of my limited edition clothing items from my Bitch'n Dog Food shirt to my High Flyer chutebag have all disappeared.

 

As it stands, I'm missing the following:

 

• All Beerhats
• High Flyer chutebag
• Please Stop Me mask
• All Radio t-shirts

I may be missing more stuff, but I can't think off the top of my head what that could be. Are you guys experiencing this? If so, on what platform? I'm on PC. I noticed some players in the R* support forum being told they couldn't have their items returned, but that isn't what R* said to me:

Has anyone been successful in having their items returned to them?

It seems like PC has a lot of problems with event items disappearing.

 

I like how the e-mail mentions PSN and Xbox, but not PC.

Transferred from Xbox 360 > Xbox one (Lost nothing) > PC

 

This is what I have on PC:

 

- Lost all 5 of my beer hats (Rockstar support told me they are not available on PC when I tried to get them back)

- Lost my "Please stop me" mask (Haven't tried getting back yet)

- Lost my musket (I was able to get this back after messaging R* support)

 

- Kept all the radio t-shirts I got, I only got a couple of them

- Kept my High flyer chute bag

- Kept my bitch'n dog food and vivisection t-shirts

- Kept my valentines clothes, Tommy gun and masks

- Kept the Christmas stocking mask

 

Might have some other things, but I don't know what they would be.

Sucks that you lost so much man, I thought I had it rough.

Bumping this topic as it's still relevant. Rockstar eventually gave my Beer Hats back after a lengthy back and forth a few months back, so I'm going at them again today to try and get the High Flyer bag and Please Stop Me hockey mask.

 

Has anyone else had success with getting items like this restored? Kinda pisses me off that people were able to petition support for things like the Asshole Shirt, yet they apparently can't restore items that were legitimately earned.

Hi I just received some stuff through r*. Ive had problems before with trying to get stuff but after 2 weeks of back and forth I even got things I didnt have on another note I I did lose one of the fitteds on 2 separate modded accts. I messaged r* (i kno I shouldn't have cuz its modded) and I was told to do some kinda reset to user profile and I won't lose any saved progress. yeah right I dont believe them but if u want to try wat they said to I'll ill let u kno gd luck to u
