If I'm in the mood of something like that I usually attack (in order of likeliness, most-least): 1. Spanish lords, because they're extremely rude when you bump into them. 2. Females in general, though I spare old women because they aren't annoying. 3. Computer nerds if they start talking. I hate their whiny voice. 4. Flamboyant homosexuals. Usually I stay out of mid/south Algonquin to avoid them. 5. Fat santa claus AoD bikers that give you the death look as they slloooowwwwlllyyy walk by. I don't see them very often though. 6. Drug dealers; probably a habit picked up from the previous game when they dropped loads of cash. 7. The security guard and bouncers because they go out of their way to attack me sometimes. (8.) I'm like "get the f*ck away from me, don't come close !", and I get so annoyed that I just shoot them every now and then. I don't always kill them, just a quick pop in the leg or arm.
