GTA 5 PC missions not working correctly

I have been trying to play through GTA 5 PC, but can not progress the missions so can't, and its really starting to annoy me now.

 

On the paparazzi mission, where you are videoing or taking pictures of the pornstar in the garden, it fails because it thinks i am not looking at them, even though i am zoomed right in and looking directly at them.

 

Also a mission with trevor where you are on the water tower protecting the guy on the atv going to the airfield, when it says zoom in on the friendly character, i do but it does not recognise that i am doing anything, and just stays at that point. I have got past these missions before as i had a pc crash and had to reinstall GTA 5 so lost my previous progress.

 

I dont know what to do? Its a pretty useless game for me at the moment. And also the last couple of updates i have had to do has messed up my phone so it looks all kinda squashed and is in the middle of the screen rather that at the bottom right corner, and have also made my cursor on the pause menu and map act weird.

 

Come on rockstar, sort it the f ** k out.
