Hopefully R* will soon roll out a 4th property option for those in need of space / change of scenery. Even though I no longer need garage space, I'd certainly be down for new digs.

I agree too, I keep on thinking I'll finally get back into GTA properly but then I remember that there's loads of cars I want but nowhere to store them and it puts me off again. One of the reasons I'm still on the forum is to keep an eye out for news of a fourth property. C'mon R* sort it aht.

why are threads like these allowed to be open moaning for a 4th garage? But complaining about anything else is locked and directed to bitch & moan.

 

oh yeah because the mods are crying their salty tears of not having a 4th garage too. Jesus get a life, play something else or read a book.

Preach it brother preach it, at least rockstar staff is un bias and ignore the post but here you can get warnings for NOT breaking any rule yet if they don't like your topic it's instant locked. Fan forums, even if there's some good materials there will also be power hungry individuals.

Back in my day, we only had one garage. Bitches bitched and moaners moaned and R* gave us a second one. Soon, the bitchers and the moaners began to bitch and moan about a third garage. R* made a third garage available. The very same day, someone made a thread about the need for a fourth garage. Turns out, you can't satisfy a bitcher or a moaner. Bitching and moanong is what they do. If/when we get a fourth garage, some bitch will moan about the need for a fifth garage...

Every car you have to sell to make more space costs you 50%. I do not want to give R* that.

 

Some cars are limited time only, like the Roosevelt. Other are unobtainable now, like the golden and chrome Dubsta's. I am rich, but I feel seriously restricted because of the lack of new properties. That cancels the whole feeling of being a criminal mastermind.

As said multiple times, it affects loading onto online.

People dont load other people characters, clothing, or guns but you load are the cars in people garages.(note: you load the other stuff thru the game)

10 more cars + 30 people = 300 cars more loading( all the customization, colors, smoke), that's why when back in the day when you try to load a glitched garage(cars that were blacklisted you would get in error because you load cars!)

You don't care what happens to others but I want to login no errors or connection issues.

I can see 3 possible reasons they're delaying the release of a 4th property. NOTE: This is just my speculation based on ZERO information or knowledge of the situation. I have NO CLUE what is actually going on. Therefore, I fully stand behind what I am about to state and will defend it as HARD FACT till I die and or can no longer make up original Yo Mamma jokes in the ensuing flame war.

 

1) They're designing a new interior to freshen things up a bit

2) They're going to release "mansions? (lol) with larger garage interiors for more vehicle storage per property thus negating the need for a 4th

3) There is an issue with that many vehicles being stored causing memory issues in save game file and they need to resolve the issue before releasing the update to the general public.

If you want to own more than 30 cars, just create a new character on your existing account and viola! 30 more garage spaces.

 

They have a shared bank account, so you wouldn't need to start from scratch with the money grinding or buy a Shark Card (depending on your finances)...

3 updates with several cars each (Heists, Ill Gotten Gains, Ill Gotten Gains 2) and STILL no 4th house/garage.

 

I mean really, I'm sure people is asking for this. Cars collectors hate breaking up there collections, while I am managing to scrape up a few exposable cars I can see others not wanting to sell anything.

 

And really what's the issue?

 

4th house - more money used buying new house, more money used buying more cars to fill spaces, more likelihood of shark card sales.

 

Currently - No money spent in new houses. Limited if any money at all going into new cars, less car buying overall, some of the losses of new cars being recouped by sales of old cars. Less likelihood of shark card sales.

 

 

I mean if R* method for online is making money from selling shark cards. Then not having a 4th property after 3 loaded updates goes directly AGAINST that plan.

 

 

So why no 4th property yet? Makes no sense at all.

 

I've stated this very point many times...if Rockstar was only about selling cash cards, they could open up more and more properties so people could spend more and more money. I'm sitting at $41.6 Million after spending a whopping $3M on this last update, and that will just continue to grow as I have no more garage space, thus not having anything to spend significant cash on.

Maybe it counts as "breaking up" my collection, I started playing on another account just so I could have four characters total and more properties.

They're not full yet, but almost all of them will be full (and the other ones almost) after I have made all the purchases I have been planning.

One or more content updates and I'm gonna have to get rid of vehicles. Meh.

 

Don't really care for mansions. I'll be happy with one more property per character (assuming there won't be a bunch more updates for "last gen", otherwise I'll need more) or simply more storage in current properties.

I have the perfect solution. Complete the sites that are under construction and make the bottom portion rotating storage lots.

BOOM problem solved.

 

 

Btw, I'm not on either side of the fence, just tired of EVERYTHING being a jump off point for a bitch and whine party sans cheese. This is a rather petty topic to complain bout constantly.

If this thread were in the bitch and moan thread no one would have any objection to your complaints but since it's in the part of the forum most commonly flooded by repeat posts, many of us feel the need to chime in so if a complaint lands in the proper thread and not whére everyone can see it does it really whine?

Obviously a lack of a fourth property means selling a car, being lazy and buying a shark card to speed up the process of replacing said sold car. Otherwise R* would probably lose precious money if players had four properties with all the cars they wanted....until people bitch about a fifth property.
